📌 Java Engineer
Work Location: Qixia District, Nanjing / High-tech Zone, Zhengzhou
Number of Openings: Multiple
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop core modules of the data mid-end platform (including data integration, governance, services, and development);
- Participate in big data platform architecture optimization and performance enhancement of key modules;
- Advance the development of capabilities in heterogeneous data source integration, workflow orchestration, and API service management;
- Support technical implementation for customer-specific requirements and project delivery;
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance the company's data mid-end product features, enabling continuous evolution and scalability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of Java development experience;
- Proficient in Java and mainstream frameworks such as Spring Boot/Spring Cloud and MyBatis-Plus;
- Familiar with mainstream databases (e.g., MySQL, Dameng, Kingbase) and caching technologies (e.g., Redis);
- Familiar with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and common middleware;
- Must have project experience in data mid-end, data governance, or data integration platforms;
- Must be familiar with big data technologies (e.g., Hive, Spark, Flink, HBase), with practical development or integration experience;
- Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of independently designing and developing modules.
📌 Product Manager
Work Location: Qixia District, Nanjing / High-tech Zone, Zhengzhou
Number of Openings: 1–2
Responsibilities:
- Plan and design the data mid-end product, including modules such as data integration, governance, development, and services;
- Deeply understand government and enterprise customer business scenarios and translate them into implementable product features;
- Write product requirement documents (PRD), prototypes, and interaction specifications, and drive product implementation;
- Coordinate with R&D, testing, and implementation teams to ensure timely delivery and quality;
- Continuously track user feedback and project implementation, driving product optimization and iteration;
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and provide product improvement suggestions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of ToB product experience; experience in data mid-end, data governance, data integration, or big data platforms is preferred;
- Familiar with common architectures and business scenarios of data mid-end platforms; understand basic concepts such as ETL, metadata, data quality, and data services;
- Strong documentation and communication skills; proficient in product tools such as Axure, MockingBot, or XMind;
- Strong logical thinking and coordination skills, able to drive cross-departmental collaboration and requirement implementation;
- Prior experience working with government/enterprise clients or project implementation is preferred.
📌 Product Operations Specialist
Work Location: Qixia District, Nanjing / High-tech Zone, Zhengzhou
Number of Openings: 1–2
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily product operations, assist in building and maintaining content systems including the official website, online documentation library, and community platforms;
- Participate in product content packaging, including writing promotional copy, creating product landing pages, and planning and editing promotional video scripts;
- Manage daily operations and content publishing across major channels, including WeChat Official Accounts, Video Accounts, Douyin, Bilibili, and Xiaohongshu;
- Maintain the open-source community ecosystem, operate GitHub/Gitee projects, manage Stars, Issues, and PRs, and promote user engagement;
- Operate online communities such as QQ groups and WeChat groups, and organize events such as version releases, update notifications, and holiday interactions;
- Collect user feedback, identify common issues and needs, and assist product teams in optimization and iteration;
- Track content and community operation metrics, generate regular analysis reports, and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of relevant operations experience; major is not strictly limited;
- Familiar with open-source or B2B tool products; experience in content planning or user operations is preferred;
- Passionate about content creation, with basic video editing skills (e.g., using Jianying, Premiere);
- Understand content platform dynamics; experience with WeChat Official Accounts, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, or Bilibili is preferred;
- Proficient in tools such as Markdown, Notion, Trello, and Canva;
- Experience in operating technical communities like GitHub, Gitee, Zhihu, or Juejin is preferred;
- Clear thinking, good communication skills, responsible, and proactive in driving tasks forward.

📌 Sales Assistant
Work Location: Qixia District, Nanjing / High-tech Zone, Zhengzhou
Number of Openings: Multiple
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales managers in client communication and sales process management;
- Support sales operations including contracts, bidding documents, invoicing, and payment tracking;
- Participate in client visits and presentations, and manage client relationships;
- Collect market information and customer needs, and relay feedback to product and R&D teams;
- Organize sales data and prepare sales reports and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of relevant experience; major is not strictly limited;
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills;
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Prior experience in sales support within the IT, software, or government/enterprise sectors is preferred;
- Proactive, responsible, and quick learner.
