Copyright Notice
- The qData commercial edition source code is only for licensed users. Source code obtained through unofficial channels is unreliable and unauthorized. Any legal liability arising from such use shall be borne solely by the user.
- Prohibited actions include malicious distribution, resale, re-trading, or open-sourcing of the code. If any violation causes damage to the qData team’s interests, the team reserves the right to unilaterally revoke the license and pursue legal action.
- Licensed users may apply for software copyright for parts they have independently developed or modified, but they may not apply for software copyright for the qData Data Middleware source code.
