How to Apply for Certification
1. On-Premises Deployment License (JAR Package)
Available only to faculty, educational institutions, and schools. Requires signing a license agreement before use.
2. SaaS Subscription Service
(1) Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for qData Education Edition certification, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Currently enrolled as a student, employed as a teacher, or working at an educational/research institution.
- Register a qData account using an official education email address.
(2) Application Steps
- Visit the official website and click "Apply for Education Edition Certification".
- Enter your full institution name (do not use abbreviations).
- Select your identity (Student / Faculty / Educational Institution).
- Provide your education email address.
- Enter your full name and phone number.
- Check the box to accept the terms and agreement, then submit your application.
Upon approval, your login credentials and usage instructions will be sent to your education email.
How to Renew
When your Education Edition certification expires, you may reapply for renewal by following the same steps outlined in "How to Apply for Certification – SaaS Subscription Service".
Important Notice
The Education Edition benefits are exclusively for genuine students, faculty, and accredited educational institutions.
Applications using false information or for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
We regularly audit account usage and reserve the right to immediately revoke Education Edition privileges and suspend accounts in cases of misuse.
We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Education Edition program at any time, and hold final authority in interpreting and resolving any related disputes.
